What is Early Childhood Intervention?

at My Online Therapist

Identify. Support. Prevent – Early! The first years of a child’s life are the most crucial in laying the foundation for learning and socializing. At My Online Therapist we work closely with parents to identify any risk factors such as delays in development, sensitivities or traumas. Supporting the child early helps address the issues and prevents it from getting worse. Having a plan and process often puts parents at ease which in turn puts the child at ease.

Online therapy with this young age group involves the parents or caregivers as well. We do parent coaching and education so that even after the session is over, therapy continues in the home.
