What is Sensory Difficulties?

This is when a child struggles to manage the sensory information from their eyes, ears, nose, skin or body. Children will be seen as being overly stressed out, avoidant or seeking the sensory input to the point that it affects their daily tasks. For example, struggles to put clothes on, hates loud noises or extreme anxiety when outdoors.
